Methodology
Each metric has a public methodology covering definition, data sources, inclusion and exclusion rules, refresh cadence, and historical revisions.
Measured from brief submission timestamp to the first specialist exceeding the matching quality bar who has confirmed interest and availability. Excludes briefs withdrawn within the first hour.
Time from brief submission to a shortlist of five specialists, each having exceeded the matching quality bar, confirmed interest and availability. Measured per brief, then medianed across the cohort.
Fastest recorded time from brief submission to signed engagement across all briefs in the cohort. Measured as the minimum, not the median or mean. Excludes briefs cancelled by the client and briefs paused for scope changes.
Share of clients who place a second engagement within 180 days of their first placement. Counted per client account, not per business unit.

Governance
XpertDirect's operating metrics are owned by the Trust & Safety function and reviewed quarterly by an independent external auditor (BDO). Definitions are version controlled; any change to a definition, denominator, or data source is recorded in the audit log above before the value updates on this page.
Raw event data is retained for seven years in an append-only store. Auditors receive read access to the underlying tables and the queries used to compute each published figure. We do not retroactively edit historical values — corrections appear as new, dated entries.
